Refund Policy

All purchases of classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of merchant processing error, in which case a studio credit or refund may be issued at the studio’s discretion.

Retail items may be returned or exchanged only if faulty and in original, unused condition with packaging. No refunds or exchanges for retail items due to change of mind or incorrect selection.
Membership Policy

All memberships and class packages are non-transferable. They cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person.

Memberships are billed on a recurring 4-week cycle (28 days), with payment processed automatically via the credit card on file. Memberships become active upon attendance of the first class and renew every 28 days.

Standing reservations are available for members who wish to secure consistent class times each week; alternatively, members may book classes week by week as availability allows.

Memberships may be placed on hold ("frozen") up to two times per calendar year, for a maximum of two weeks per hold. The billing cycle will adjust accordingly, resuming after the hold period ends.

Memberships and class packages do not roll over. Unused classes within a billing cycle expire at the end of the cycle and do not carry forward.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling of classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiting the class credit or incurring a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or “no-shows,” will result in loss of the class credit or a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount.

All cancellations and schedule changes must be managed online through your ELEV8 Pilates Studio account. Cancellations via email or phone are not valid.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your class credit will remain on your account for future use within the validity period of your package or membership.
General Terms

A valid credit card is required on file to book and hold appointments.
- ELEV8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual for any reason permitted by law.

The studio reserves the right to change instructors or class schedules without prior notice.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to attend group classes, or at least 16 with parental consent. Private sessions are available for younger clients by arrangement.

By booking or purchasing services from ELEV8 Pilates Studio, clients agree to abide by these policies.
